How long does shipping take?

All of our products are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production, plus 3–7 business days for delivery within the United States. Total delivery time is typically 5–12 business days from the date of your order.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

At this time we do not offer expedited shipping. All orders ship via standard delivery through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes! You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unused, and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. To start a return, email us at theelegantmutt@gmail.com.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

Our tees are printed on standard unisex sizing. We recommend sizing up if you prefer a relaxed fit. A size guide is available on each product page.

Our graphic tees are printed on high-quality, comfortable fabric designed to hold up wash after wash. Specific material details are listed on each product page.

Can I cancel or change my order?
