Processing & Production Time All products at The Elegant Mutt are made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be printed and prepared for shipment.

Shipping Time Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the United States. Total time from order to delivery is generally 5–12 business days.

Shipping Confirmation You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is on its way.

International Shipping We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping options may be added in the future — stay tuned!

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at theelegantmutt@gmail.com and we'll work with our fulfillment partner to resolve it.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll make it right.
