RETURN POLICY
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can make it right.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Because many of our products are made to order, we do not accept returns on:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Personalized/custom items
Please note that slight variations in print placement, color, and garment sizing may occur as part of the print-on-demand process.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item (if approved) and place a new order.
EUROPEAN UNION ORDERS
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason, provided the item is unused and in original condition.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
